These terms apply when you visit the DATAandAI website or choose to join our candidate network.

About the service
DATAandAI provides information about its data and AI services and an optional candidate network. Candidate profiles help us understand a person’s skills and preferences and contact them about relevant opportunities. A profile is not a job application to a specific employer, job offer, employment agreement or guarantee of work.
Your account and information
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and for updating it when it changes. Use only information and documents that you have the right to provide. Do not upload government identity documents, bank details, confidential material or files that contain harmful code.
Keep access to your Google account secure. You may sign out of the candidate portal and ask DATAandAI to update or remove your profile by contacting hr@dataandai.co.in.
Candidate introductions
Joining the network is voluntary. We may contact you about opportunities that appear relevant to your profile. You decide whether to proceed with each opportunity. We will ask before sharing your identifying profile with a prospective client. Any eventual work arrangement is subject to separate discussions and agreements between the relevant parties.
Website content
Website content is provided for general information about DATAandAI and its services. We may update or remove website content and features as the service develops. Please do not misuse the website, attempt to access another person’s account or information, or interfere with the website’s operation.
Third-party services
Sign-in, hosting and data storage may rely on third-party services, including Google, Supabase and Cloudflare. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability.
