Who we are

DATAandAI is the legal business name of the operator of this website and candidate network, based in Noida, India. For questions about this policy or to request access, correction or removal of your candidate information, email hr@dataandai.co.in.

Information we collect

If you choose to create a candidate profile, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city or location, experience, skills, preferred roles, work arrangements, availability, notice period, LinkedIn or portfolio links, and an optional PDF resume. Google provides the email address used to sign you in. We do not request access to your Google contacts, Gmail, Drive or other Google content.

When you browse the website, your browser and the services that deliver the site may process technical information needed to load and secure the pages. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.

How we use information

We use candidate information to create and maintain your profile, understand the types of opportunities that may suit you, contact you about relevant opportunities, and respond to your requests. Joining the network does not guarantee that we will find or offer you work.

When we share information

Your candidate profile is not a public directory. We do not share your identifying profile or resume with a prospective client unless we first ask you about the specific opportunity and you agree to the introduction. We may use service providers to operate sign-in, database, file storage and website hosting. These providers process information to provide their services to us and under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell candidate profile information.

Storage and security

Candidate profile information is stored using Supabase database and authentication services. Optional resumes are stored in a private file-storage bucket, separate from the profile table. We use access controls intended to restrict access to candidate information. No online service can promise absolute security.

How long we keep information

We keep your candidate profile and resume while you remain active in the network. If there has been no profile update or confirmation that you want to remain in the network for 24 consecutive months, we will remove the profile and resume. You may ask us to remove them sooner by emailing hr@dataandai.co.in. Some copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups or records where retention is required for security or legal reasons.

Your choices

Providing a candidate profile is optional. You can sign out, ask us to update or remove your profile, or withdraw your permission for us to contact you by writing to hr@dataandai.co.in. If you withdraw permission or request deletion, we will stop using the profile for future opportunity matching and process your request.

Third-party services

Candidate sign-in is provided through Google, and profile and resume services are provided through Supabase. The website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Their processing is governed by their own privacy information: Google, Supabase and Cloudflare.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or candidate network changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
